Provisional registration may be granted to new applicants, teachers from interstate and overseas, and sometimes teachers returning to teaching after a career break.
Full registration may be granted on application for teacher registration or on application for moving from provisional to full.
In limited cases if you are not qualified to teach you may be granted permission to teach. Permission to teach is not registration and is granted for a specific teaching position for a specified period.
