Approved forms

The Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005 (the Act) specifies that certain documents, disclosures, and certificates must be available to the community. The table below lists the documents required by legislation.

The QCT is also subject to subordinate legislation, the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Regulation 2016.
