Employer notifications

Other authorities including employing authorities, the Commissioner of Police and the Director of Public Prosecutions are also obliged to report to us.

Your obligations

If you are a registered teacher you are legally obliged under the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005 (the Act) to notify the QCT of certain changes in your circumstances. These include:

• changes to your details or circumstances
• changes to your teaching status in another state
• a change in your criminal history.
