About Online Services

QCT Online Services are password protected and require that you establish an account before you are able to log on.

Online Services consist of:
      Teacher Services
      Employer Services

Teacher Services

Where teachers can

  • View and update their QCT profile information
  • View and update their QCT teaching status and school
  • Opt in or out of online notifications
  • Opt in or out of displaying extra information in their public viewable profile
  • Pay their fees online (and get all the information needed to pay their fees in any of the six possible payment methods)
  • Get a receipt. PDF receipts for payments made in the past three years are available. (Two working days after making a payment an online receipt should be available)
  • Change their password

Teachers will need to fill in an online form with their name, date of birth, their QCT registration number and the email address that they wish their password to be sent to.
NB. Excepting a valid email address, we do not ask for any personal details that we do not already hold. We use this data to confirm each teacher's identity so that they only have access to their own information.

Employer Services

Where Schools/Employers can

  • View and update their QCT school profile information
  • View and update their list of registered teachers
  • View, fill in and print provisional to full registration recommendation reports for teachers
  • Change their password

Employers will need to fill in an online form with their QCT user name and their full school name (as it appears in our database). In order to get this information please contact us.
