With his calm demeanour, engaging sense of humour and dedication to discovering the needs of each child, Roger creates an atmosphere where his Year 3 pupils love learning and thinking. As well as mentoring other teachers and sharing his passion for mathematics, Roger has developed the school’s ‘Infinity’ program, which creates challenges for students in different areas of the curriculum. Roger believes setting personal goals is as important for students’ success as it is for teachers.
