Renewal Process

How do teachers renew their registration?

The QCT will advise you when you are due to renew your registration.  You will be sent a “Prepare to Renew” guide a few weeks before your annual fee notice is issued at the end of your five year period of registration. 

When you receive your annual fee notice you can elect to use your Online Services account to submit your Renewal or Restoration of Full Registration Form and pay your annual fee or use the renewal application kit that you will receive with your annual fee notice.
