Change of details/circumstances
All registered teachers are required to inform the QCT of any changes to their personal details. Changes can be made via the Teacher Services Log-In section of the website or by contacting the QCT.
All documents supplied to the QCT regarding changes in details need to occur on the required form or by supplying a certified copy of the relevant document (via post only)as detailed below.
Name
If you have changed your name recently you will be required to supply QCT with a certified copy of the relevant document outlining the change (eg Marriage Certificate).
Address/Contact Number
Before changing address and contact details please ensure that the spelling of street names and the postcode supplied are accurate.
Changes to address and contact numbers can be made via the Teacher Services Log-In or by contacting the QCT.
Qualifications
To add a qualification to your records at QCT, you are required to mail us a certified copy of the award.
School
School detail changes can be made via the Teacher Services Log-In or by contacting the QCT.
Criminal History
If you have had a change in your criminal history you are required to inform the QCT.
