Investigations
Two types of investigations can be conducted by the QCT under the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005 (the Act):
An investigator has the functions of carrying out and reporting on the investigation for which the investigator was appointed.
The powers and functions of an Investigator are outlined at Chapter 7 of the Act.
