Legislation

The Queensland College of Teachers is established under an act of the Queensland Parliament, the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005, and is subject to subordinate legislation, the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Regulation 2005, approved by the Governor in Council.
