Complaints about the QCT
The QCT acknowledges that we are accountable for how our business is perceived by the public,
teachers and other interest groups.
We have developed a Policy and a Procedure that enables us to address complaints about our services.

Fax complaints can be sent to (07) 3870 5006 or (07)3876 7248
Complaints may be lodged on behalf of an individual if the individual can not lodge the complaint themselves.
The QCT will verify the authenticity of the complaint with the complainant.
