Do I need to renew?

Find out if your renewal of registration is due

Search the QCT register or check your Registration Card

To find out when you will need to renew your teacher registration you perform a Register Search, or check the details on your Registration Card and Certificate. Look for your renewal date or registration end date. This is when your registration finishes.

QCT Public Register

A Register Search will be able to provide you with your registration renewal date.

Enter and search the register using either your name or your registration number.

Your Registration Renewal Date appears in the column after your Annual Fee Due Date.

Registration Card and Certificate

You are annually issued with a Registration Card and Certificate after your annual fee has been received. The registration renewal date for fully registered teachers is shown as the Registration Period end date.
