On 1 December 2009 the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal commenced operation.
QCAT conducts disciplinary proceedings against teachers following a referral of a disciplinary matter by the QCT or the PP&C Committee.
QCAT can also review decisions made by the QCT or the PP&C Committee.
