About Online Services
QCT Online Services are password protected and require that you have an account before you are able to log on.
Online Services consist of:
Applicant Services
Where persons who want to apply to be eligible to teach in Queensland can:
- Make an application for registration
- Make an application for registration under mutual recognition
Applicants need to fill in a request to create an account. A message with your username and password will be sent
to the email address you provide.
Teacher Services
Where teachers can:
- View and update their QCT profile information
- View and update their QCT teaching status and school
- Pay their fees online (and get all the information needed to pay their fees in any of the possible payment methods)
All teachers registered with the QCT have an account for Teacher Services. If you already know your username and password, go to the log in page to access the above features.
Teachers who don’t know their QCT online services login details can get their password sent to them by going to
the Forgot password page. Your
username is your QCT Registration Number. You will be asked to fill in your name and
some other identifying information. When submitted, your password will be sent to
the email address that we have for you on our database.
NB. We do not ask for any personal details that we do not already hold. We use this data to confirm each teacher's identity before sending out passwords.

Employer Services
Where Schools/Employers can:
- View and update their QCT school profile information
- View and update their list of registered teachers
- View, fill in and print provisional to full registration recommendation reports for teachers
Employers will need to fill in an online form with their QCT username and
password. In order to get this information please contact us.
